I have been a huge fan of Tim Ferriss since he wrote his book “The 4 Hour Work Week” years ago.

I recently discovered that he has an amazing podcast.

His book “The 4 Hour Body” has made a huge impact on me in terms of assessment of my health and has helped fuel my fire for seeking ever-increased quality of life.
