Micro-Nutrients, Epigenetics, Stem-Cells and More with Tim Ferriss

I recently discovered that he has an amazing podcast.

His book “The 4 Hour Body” has made a huge impact on me in terms of assessment of my health and has helped fuel my fire for seeking ever-increased quality of life.
