These will work beautifully for some, just not for my body, so I've chosen not to include them in my daily routine. For me they cause burpiness and bad taste in my mouth. If you are used to taking something similar, I'm sure these will be superior to over the counter, because I trust the brand and the quality.

It's ok. I have used Kirkland Signature One-a-day fish oil tablets before. Those are a better value.
These tablets cause fish burps occasionally since they are not enteric coated. These are also very expensive.

Too big

They are great I think they are working I take them everyday day . Wish the pills were smaller they are way too big Iam good with taking pills but these are a challenge.
