6 Common Distributor Compliance Violations (not exhaustive by any means)
*Trademarks – using any Youngevity related trademarks in your website domain (youngevity, 90 for life, Dr. Wallach, Tangy tangerine etc.)
*Claims – you cannot even remotely make any health claims. This includes testimonials or stories that discuss any disease or ailment *Wallach – Using Dr. Wallach material and linking to Youngevity. You cannot associate Dr. Wallach with Youngevity in any way. If you want to share Dr. Wallach info you must do it in such a way that there are no links or ties to Youngevity. We have found a couple of really useful tools for sharing Dr. Wallach that has no links or ties to Youngevity (see the start tab)
*Non-approvals – Creating any web property or advertising without prior approval from Youngevity. This also includes Facebook pages, blogs, social media etc. Be safe and get approval first.
*Pricing – It is strictly against Youngevity policy to sell any product below the listed wholesale price. This includes selling on eBay, amazon, any website, or offline.
*Incentives and Free Shipping – you cannot entice buyers with non company approved incentives. This would include offering free shipping or anything that is not a company sponsored incentive. Coupons that reduce the product amounts below wholesale are also a violation. As you know, we offer a coupon on our site. However our tax/shipping prices are very slightly inflated to take into account the very small coupon offer.
